Car Livery Designs

A series of custom car livery designs that adapt graphic art and typography layouts from the Grafika66 portfolio onto physical vehicle forms. This specific variant is built around the pixel art piece titled ‘Insert Coin’, integrating retro arcade iconography and signature Grafika66 branding marks across the bodywork.

The project uses a stock 3D BMW M3 automotive asset as the core canvas. To match the stark, high-contrast graphic concept, the vehicle model underwent tailored modifications and part replacements, refining key areas of the body to cleanly frame the monochrome layout.

This automotive design variant adapts a selection of core branding elements from the Grafika66 collection into a clean, warm colourway. The layout relies on bold colour-blocking and geometric alignment to map corporate-style identity marks over the curves of the vehicle panels.

The entire 3D production pipeline was managed within Cinema 4D, using OTOY Octane for the material development and final rendering. This setup allowed for precise control over the gloss levels of the vinyl graphics, the metallic surfaces of the car body, and the studio lighting to deliver a clean product presentation.

This design focuses heavily on large-scale pop-art skull motifs, integrating them across the primary panels of the vehicle alongside clean geometric framing.

The layout utilises a mix of classic racing stripes and pixel art accents to bridge the gap between traditional motorsport styling and digital street culture graphics. Each element has been scaled and positioned to follow the aggressive lines of the modern sports sedan bodywork, ensuring the artwork retains its impact from every angle.
