Information

Tasked with creating four 4K background movies that would play behind the various UI screens in the game, the following are style frame concepts and final movies for DICE’s Battlefield 2042.

Battlefield 2042

Background Movies

Once going through the intial concept and style frame design stage, four individual concepts were chosen for further video development.

Various tests were done to determine speed, colour-grading, composition, zoom level, etc.  These were short videos, only a few seconds in length, but were enough to gauge the overall quality before final production was started.

The final 4 videos were produced in Cinema 4D and After Effects at 4K.
